    Overview: I m Don Owens, and I started my career as a painting contractor in 1974. In 1984 I incorporated wallpapering into my service repertoire. Because I became so good at wallpapering and enjoy it so much, I discontinued painting in 1988 to specialize in just wallpapering. I keep up-to-date on industry trends by attending NGPP (National Guild of Professional Paperhangers) workshops, seminars, etc. whenever possible. I strive to be a true expert in my field. I provide the full range of wallpapering services: removal of wallpaper and adhesives; preparation of walls to receive paint or wall coverings; and installation of most types of wall coverings. I will inspect the room(s) to be papered, and then provide pricing for the project, as well as the wallpaper quantity needed for each room. I am also glad to discuss different types of wall coverings you may be considering. I will explain the pros and cons of each, so you will be able to make a more informed choice. For customers who wish to economize by removing their old wallpaper themselves, I will explain the techniques most likely to give them success. In addition to my personal customer base, I have subcontracted for designers, decorators, painters, stores, builders, developers and restoration contractors. I can provide excellent references, if requested. My insurance certificate may also be faxed to you, upon your request. I have mostly been specializing in all types of residential wallpapering, but have also occasionally done some small commercial jobs, as well.
